Where do you guys get DVP from. I was looking at Memphis DVP verse PGs and you guys have them as #6. I dont think that is correct as everyone else has them in the 20s. Am I wrong?
If you do NBA you have to tweak big time. If you just take given lineup you will miss out the Canaans and Gerald Greens who were must plays last night.
Yeah I saw the 192.5. I threw the default in the night before it and the night after it. Unfortunately they were the wrong ones but I'll keep watching. I think the 192.5 would cover multiple bad nights if you were doing gpp.
I have done a few MLBlineups using crunchers. No changes except scratched players. I have come in bottom 5% in all my test runs. The NBA lineups untouched were actually pretty good and I could always rely on the plug ins that I got. Are the MLB projections that bad or was it just a bad few days. Not knocking you guys. Just haven't ever done MLB. Wanted to know how good the projections were. I know this is just an optimizing website but are these projections decent so far? Any input from users would be appreciated.
I quickly entered their lineup in some freerolls on FD and it did not look pretty. Are their untouched lineups holding up in the first few days? I know with the NBA they are sometimes spot on. I would think any draft advice baseball site has to be all over the place, given the total randomness of that sport on any given day. I want to give baseball a try. Where do you get good advice to plug into crunchers?
Anyone use their late DK lineup last night. It was a 325.75 if you used their lineup. Top 5 in pretty much any tourney you entered. FD was a 337.50. Pretty damn sick! I know the early DK lineup was an across the board 50/50 winner also. Nice early week hit!
Never done fantasy baseball. I think that would put my wife over the edge. Seems way too unpredictable for one day contests, as compared to football and BBall. Is it lucrative or is it just like a rebound girlfriend for when NBA and NFL are done. I know the full year leagues are much different, but are daily leagues predictable enough to make money?
Trifecta would be awesome since I think a few of my friends are signing up today and I have been telling them that you have been spot on before adjustments. In fact my adjustments put Henry Walker in my lineup lol
FD was a 297. Crushed 50/50s and at least tripled you up in GPPs. DK was a 278 that had the same results! Solid! I managed to void out some of those winnings with some fantastic Miami player lineups but nice job again!
I swapped Wes Johnson for Amir Johnson. I just can't play Amir. I think he had his best night of the season lol. If Wes didn't also have a great night I would have kicked myself.
You guys nailed it tonight. Way to answer the criticism from today. I think your DK lineup unchanged hit 320. Who says you need to do your own research!! Just joking. But really....Great work on DK tonight.
My point was a general point. I didn't mean we need the players who use this site to make mistakes, I meant if everyone was Csuram88 we probably wouldn't be playing for too long. We need all sorts of people to fill up the slots. I am one of those people lol!!
If you used their lineups and just xxxed out the injury and scratches you would have had a monster week last week. They were on fire. I used exact lineup and did very well. The last couple of days were harsh but avoidable if you did 10 mins of homework and xxxed out the Richardson. Pierce, Aminu (Hawk rested players) factors. I was really surprised on how many 300+ lineup they rolled out.
I think some of the points were valid. Some were overboard. Some people are using the website as the gospel and just use the projections exactly as they come out. They don't have the 20 other sources of info being texted and emailed to then 24/7. They were on a monster roll for about 10 days and when they went away to Vegas and didnt update like they normally did some people got slaughtered. A quick email would have solved that issue. I was annoyed in that I kept looking for the updates and they didn't come. I would have just liked to have been informed so I didn't waste my time. No biggie though. They have more than made up for it with that 10 days of absolute perfect projections. My advice is to just make sure these guys like Pierce, Richardson Aminu etc. do not see the light of day in your projections. There are a lot of people who don't know guys like Richardson will never play on consecutive days and you will lose clients because of it. Also.....Unfortunately they cant make any money on this website if just the die hards subscribe. The statement that DFS is only for the serious player is absurd. DFS will not survive if it cant keep the weekend warriors and casual players involved. When you are playing poker are you the guy who starts yelling at the "fish' at the table and makes him get up and leave or are you the one who takes his money but makes him feel good about his table experience? Think about it......
He is most likely out but there is a definite mistake as Gerald Green is coming up when you hit calculate. Where is that coming from? He is getting DNPs all over the place. Aminu was the Gerald Green last night
It was a 285 for DK so they can take as much time as they need IMO. They have been absolutely insane with their projections for 50/50s. I greedily hope no one else catches on
This is also one of my very few complaints on this website. Is this being addressed? Either way, some feedback would be appreciated as we know you can't do every thing that is requested.
You guys have been very consistent in posting winning combos if people are smart enough to wait until your last updates. My only losses are when I tweak them. I know there are other optimizers on websites but your projections seem spot on. My only thoughts are that maybe you should tweak for the late games. I would think this would cause a problem for the fantasy rewinds, and people would accuse you of making switches after the fact for sites like Fan Duel that lock you out at first game start. But there must be a way around that.
Your actual numbers are a bit of a mess this morning. I played your exact projected lineup for DraftKings. I got a 301. You are showing it as a 295. Final numbers are off for Leonard, Favors and Gasol. That's all I checked in that small sample so their may be many more. I am really not going to complain as you gave me a 301, but it's an FYI as I am sure people who use this want to have real numbers when they do their rewinds.
Thanks for quick answer. I always use bankroll management to limit losses on any particular day. I realize every night you are one quick toe stub (Beal) from across the board lineup decimation.
First of all I wanted to say that since I started using your website a week ago, I have not had a losing night. This website is a godsend and I selfishly hope that no one finds out about you guys.
Without asking you fixed my critique of being able to just click on the teams that you want to draw from but my only complaint is that when I am doing research and I click on a player, the stats are not up date. For instance I clicked on Smart from the Celtics and you do not have the Feb 1st stats there. I have to go on another site to look at what the player did last game. Its just another step that takes time and is probably easily corrected.
