Is there a way to set a player to a certain amount of lineups?

So lets say I have 6 quarterbacks and I am making 100 lineups and I want each of the quarterbacks to be in my lineups at least 5 times a piece...
Right now, the only way to really do this (as far as I know)

Would be to Lock 1 QB, then run the optimizer, then lock another QB and run the optimizer again and so on
Alternative would be to run it once. If someone is under the min, then increase their projection either manually or with the thumbs up. Re-run and repeat until everyone is above min. Could also increase # of unique players per lineup. That will tend to flatten the distribution.
