can we post whatever we want in these forums? The other Dfs place where I spend a lot of my time is constantly censoring and deleting my posts and threatening to ban me in chat. It feels like I'm being followed by minders in north korea over there. They seem to control what gets posted like a communist country or something. I have met some friends over there but it seems the people in power might not like me. Is there another place to enjoy the comradery of dfs or do they have a monopoly on that aspect of dfs? I don't see how controlling peoples comments is healthy for the industry. As somebody new to dfs it seems to be a shrinking club of members or whatever due to this mentality. I am tired of getting upset about it. Ive been gambling for 23 years and have never been threatened to be banned by a casino . I have a 31% win % and I'm down 8 grand. what kind of business threatens to ban a customer like that? I do not understand that mentality and how it could be good business at all. Am I wrong?
First, RG is not a casino and DFS and is not gambling. Second, we don't have a specific guidelines of what can and can not be posted on our site. We reserve the right to remove content posted to our site that we feel does not belong in our forums.
The only thing we've deleted in the past are spam links. We don't have a policy against censorship and we do have a strong stance against witch hunting (ex. papagates/chipotleaddict scandal). So we may forbid posts surrounding personal information or personal attacks. But if you have a bad experience with our software, you're welcome to voice your opinion (we've received a lot in the past) as long as it remains civil.

It's hard to say who's in the right or wrong without much context on what things you were trying to post. We probably wouldn't allow people to self-promote on this site either if it's irrelevant to the conversation.

Edit: Of course you're welcome to trash other DFS companies in this forum as well :)
i was made an honorary "vigilante" for crushing the hopes and dreams of a "russian spam link" type organization that tried wreaking havoc on here the past 2 years. i've got over 100 "kills", but so far, you're not even on my radar. LOL
Btw thanks for your work crashthe24. It was a big help. By the way, we have a system in place now where we see the forum posts immediately and will see forum posts as quickly as we see e-mails. But if this forum becomes as active as RG, that may change.
I understand rg isn't the one taking the bets that aren't bets .But they are a huge part of Dfs. Dfs is not gambling that's pretty funny ,hard to believe much after reading that statement. your software is very good and your projections are in the top 5 as to what is available to me. I guess I just suck at politics and am not so good at being in the club. so whatever. thanks for answering my question though. I'm tired of causing trouble or whatever.If I don't fit in that's fine I guess I need to move on. As for the chipotle thread 75% of the comments I made where deleted because they where in defense of them ,simply being great players. So rg is not using censorship to keep things on target and message, They are clearly erasing what threads they choose to in a effort to shape the narratives in the way they desire too and I think that's bs.
I wanted to be fair to rg about the censcorship claim I made, there is a thread currently about petergibbons being a xfan duel employee that they have not censcored yet. I was very upset when I learned that that guy use to work at fan duel and posts 10k h2h there and they have let me discuss it openly so far. so maybe I'm wrong about the censcorship thing I don't know
