I noticed that Carolina Defense is not included. I have all games selected and "Show All" is only 204. There are other Carolina players in there.

Actually there are several DEF not included.
Have you changed your default setting of the minimum score threshold to display? You can find it in your profile. By default it is 3, but if you set it to 6, you would be missing a few defenses.
