Is there a way to have the cruncher mix and match 2 man, 3 man ,and 4 man stacks in one crunch?
No there isn't, the best way to do that is to do 3 separate crunches and merge the crunches afterward, the calculation time is actually shorter in this situation, but you have to wait for one crunch to finish before running another.

This will not allow you to do unique players per lineups (across different crunches) and will make lots of very similar lineups. Just keep that in mind...

What you can do is solve 50, then change the settings and use the calculate more button to do the next 50 and that WILL keep the unique players per lineup in tact.
