When a time is posted as to when a lineup was updated, is that time EST? Just trying to figure out about what time to check for these updates. I am in Central Time zone.
You can change your timezone settings in your profile page https://www.fantasycruncher.com/my-profile. So it is whatever you set it to, by default it is set to Eastern.
