When a time is posted as to when a lineup was updated, is that time EST? Just trying to figure out about what time to check for these updates. I am in Central Time zone.
First a comment I love this program, first time I used it I cashed in 3 of 3 on DK. Now the question is, are these lineups best used for the Cash games such as 50/50's or in the tournaments?
