at what point does your projection model totally become numbers based on this season?
as an example, if it's a 20 game model and we're only 9-12 games into the season, i'd expect some of last years data to still be mixed in.
i think this got answered somewhere in the past 2 years and i can't find it.
thanks for all you guys do.
We are currently using a 30 game rolling average for the NHL projection algorithm, so it will be a little different for each player.
