Regarding groups - I love this feature and during NFL a couple of times I built groups called "Punt WR", "Punt RB", etc. and would put 4-12 guys in there. However, it would be great if we could build these the same way we build the player pools. Instead of going to the groups section and having to type out names it would be much easier and more effective to just select the players from the player pool list much like creating the player pools.

Another thing that would be helpful is having some persistent (saved) groups as well even if limited to a certain number. I could then use the same groups and just adjust the player pool weekly instead of starting over each week. I could see the same use in NBA with groups called PG High, PG Mid, PG Low and at the other positions based on how I want to categorize players. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Carlos

On the lineup cruncher and lineup rewind pages - Would it be possible to add a time or even better # of games slider to recalculate

Floor, Ceiling, Avg_FP, Avg_Usg and Avg_Min based on that slider?

Ex. Time options might be 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks,, 4 weeks, season.
Ex. games option might 1-10 games or more.

Sometimes i would really like to see this information over different time periods instead of just a set amount of time and it would be really helpful on these pages.

Thanks,

Carlos

I saw Comfortably Numb in 1st last night as well which is why I came to the forum today to see if he would post here today. Had a question for you Numb. The news for Ajinca came out around 6:20pm if I remember correctly. Did you go back and manually create your lineups or did you still use FC to create your lineups? How big was your core player pool because before the last game played you had a lot of entries near the top of the leaderboard.

Yes I agree with this and its something I have posted about before. Lineup Rewind is great but there is much more that can be mined from this data. The ability to put in a date range or focus on certain teams or players would be phenomenal. Would be a great addition.

Carlos

Trying to really understand the stats to help make player decisions but much of the information seems off to me. Here is an example of Andre Drummond's FD stats from this year in Lineup Rewind. Hopefully the column formatting holds.
Date Player Pos Team Floor Ceiling Avg FCProj Con
10/27/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 26.1 67.9 35.0 31.8 66
10/28/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 18.1 60.1 35.2 36.1 66
10/30/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 28.1 69.8 35.2 46.0 66
11/3/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 27.1 68.9 35.4 45.0 66
11/6/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 28.0 70.9 35.7 46.4 66
11/8/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 28.0 70.7 35.7 46.3 66
11/9/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 19.6 63.9 36.1 38.6 65
11/11/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 20.3 64.4 36.1 39.2 65
11/14/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 22.4 66.3 36.1 41.2 65
11/15/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 28.1 71.9 36.2 46.9 65
11/17/2015 Andre Drummond C DET 24.0 67.6 36.3 42.7 66

Questions
1) Are Floor and Ceiling now Projected Calculations? Last year I thought these were actually based on game performances.
2) How is Avg being calculated? Drummond is actually performing way better this year and his average FD pts is 47.

Thx Carlos

I just started to play there and it looks like the scoring is similar to FanDuel except you have the extra pitcher. Looks like you need to be in the 40-50 pt range for cash games but again not that much experience playing their so just initial observations.

This way I can re-crunch with yesterdays actual scores and todays custom projections :)

I think this would be an entirely new request. Currently, Lineup Rewind and Lineup Cruncher are 2 different functions. I don't know how it's structured but I would guess this data is kept in different databases but definitely different tables at least.

I'd like to get to the point where we can do multiple day/weeks of lineup rewinds. With the current every other day NBA playoff games a 2 day rewind would be great to see the optimal lineups across those 2 days. Right now you can see the top value plays but you can't construct rosters from just 2 NBA teams.

A date range on lineup rewind would also be nice to export data and look at trends for the last week or 2. Especially when 2 teams are playing in a 6- game series.

I was looking at the consistency rankings for hitters as I thought it would be a helpful way to select cash game players. How is this calculated and what is it really measuring? Is this a ranking that changes daily based on the matchups or is this just an overall score for the season? The reason I am asking is that just scrolling through for today I noticed these stats.

Adrian Gonzalez - Consistency score of 45, .356 avg, 9 HR, 32 RBI, ,427 OBP

Jose Bautista - Consistency score of 44, . 226, 6HR, 19 RBI, OBP .366

Seems to me that there should be a much bigger gap in the consistency for these players not only based on these numbers but just from following along how they have played since the beginnning of the season. If anyone else uses this or can answer please let me know.

It does copy the data for pasting into Execl. I have noticed that sometimes you have to refresh (F5) your Browser and then it works. When you press copy data - a message should pop up in a window telling you the copy is successful. If that's not happening it's probably a browser problem or po-ups being blocked.

Carlos

Would it be possible to have a start and end date (date range) added to Lineup Rewind and have all those lines of data appear in the output? This way if I want to evaluate player performance for X number of days I can pull all that information at once. Another item that I could see being useful is to add a player filter (start typing name and auto search like you do on the DFS sites). So if I want to focus on James Harden's games for this date range I only see his performances stats.

Thanks,

Carlos
