Do I need to change a setting or something? Is it just me?
Yeah, projections don't account for what happens because of game flow. Can't live and die by projections, it happens.

I'm sure it had nothing to do with Butler taking over because they didn't project that either.
Could not generate any lineups during this last half hour before lock. Glad I was only doing one lineup today because obviously export ability would have been nil. This seems to be a problem lately.

Still haven't gotten any confirmation about the free month for coming in top ten in the freeroll either.
I got 6th in the top 10 freeroll. Didn't know there was a top five also. So how does the free month work?
I may have figured out what is going on here, the issue might be the sliders on the left, specifically the "Projected Range" slider. To show you what happens, go ahead and adjust a player and put him at 100 fantasy points. On the slider on the left you will see that the range adjusts to allow up to 100 Projected points to be filtered, however, the current position is still maintained so the player who is at 100 projection will be filtered out. What makes this a little more confusing, the filter does not apply immediately (so you can still see the player at 100 for now), this is by design, but it will apply once you adjust anything. You can make it apply by doing a sort, changing to a different pool, or adjusting any slider value. Also, if you refresh the page, the sliders initiate with the highest and lowest projections in your player pool, so it would show all of your players.

So, if you change a players projection outside of the range that was loaded when the page initialized, then you will run into this behavior.

Let me know if this is what is happening, I helped someone out via email with a similar issue.


Well it does usually happen with someone that's already projected pretty high. Like I said, it's happened with John Wall a couple times, Lebron once or twice, but I swear it's happened to min salary guys as well.

Just tested out what you're saying and that definitely appears to be what's going on. As far as it happening to min salary guys it's probably because I projected them past the value slider as well.

The weird thing is sometimes I feel like those guys didn't get into the lineups and sometimes they did. I just wonder what kind of lineups I missed out on. I've had slates where I know I projected some guys pretty high yet they didn't come up in my LU's. I just chalked it up to the algorithm or whatever maybe believing they weren't very optimal.

Guess I have to make sure I refresh the page again before crunching LU's just to be safe.
John Wall again today except this time it didn't even run him in the LU's.

It'd be nice to at least get a response from someone. Is there someone I need to email? I though this forum was for help and I'm getting none here. You guys have gotten a couple hundred bucks of my money so far but the customer service is definitely lacking.
Check your player manager, do you see custom projections? Are you making sure you're looking at the "all" tab and not the "my pool" tab.


Yes, I'm sure. I go to the all tab and they disappear. Again, sometimes I can refresh the page and they'll come back but sometimes they disappear again. Sometimes I'll see the name on a refresh but once the page loads all the way it goes away again, sometimes it stays. I'm afraid to refresh sometimes because once in a while I'll lose my player pool completely if I do that.

I only notice it when it's obvious studs but it makes me wonder what mid range guys that I'm completely forgetting about because they might not be showing up either?
in case you have "happy fingers" like i do, when you're on a computer and the mouse is hovered on a players line, any accidental click on the mouse will de-select that player.
that may be why you're losing players.
it happens to me almost daily, but it's accidental mouse clicks for me.


No that's not the case at all, I've done that before too and it's not just unselecting someone, they disappear from the entire list. I don't ever notice it with lower salary guys, always seems to be the studs, AD, Westbrook, etc.

Like I said, they still get run when I crunch the LU's but it makes me wonder who else I'm missing that I'm not seeing. It's strange though because it always seems to be guys I have actually selected in the first place, if I don't choose them I don't think they disappear but then again I'm not paying a ton of attention to guys I'm not using.

OMG! It is STILL doing this! It is quite annoying. Now I have Westbrook locked in but after crunching LU's I go to the list of PG's and he's not there! He's still getting crunched into the LU's but to not see him in my list of players, or anyone else in my player pool, is really screwing me up. This is not cool. I shouldn't have to refresh to get him back especially because sometimes it loses the guys I've saved to my pool altogether.

Really hope you fix this soon because I'm about to give up on you guys.
Been noticing an issue lately where I'll select a player and he'll disappear from the pool entirely. Happened the other day with Anthony Davis, right now I just noticed John Wall. I selected him, went to SG, came back to PG and he's gone. Noticed the other day with AD that if I refreshed the page he would be there while it was loading but as soon as it finished loading he was gone. This never seems to happen with scrubs only ever with the studs. It has happened many times over the last year and it really bugs me that people I was putting into my pool never ended up in my lineups at all. Of course I notice it right away with the studs but how many times was there a guy I could have sworn I played and somehow I had none of. I always assumed the algorithm or whatever just didn't see fit to put certain guys into any lineups at all but I'm beginning to believe that's not the case. I mean, if it's disappearing from my pool how do I know if they're even calculated into my possible lineups?

I've gotta say, I love the format and layout of this site, I'm just wondering if it's worth my money for the amount of issues I've had to deal with.
I like to choose my player pool in the morning but then switch to my computer in the afternoon. Is there any way to have the same player pool show when I switch to a different device? I know I asked for this before and I thought it was working at some point. Do I need to clear my browser cache or something? Also when using on my Galaxy Note tab it seems to really lag and has a hard time loading and running LU's sometimes. Even if I reload the page to get rid of the tabs it seems almost unusable sometimes. Maybe it's just me? Anyway, great job guys, thanks a lot.
I'd like to see something similar to rotogrinders tool where you can completely eliminate players from the pool altogether. You can also favorite certain players where they aren't necessarily locked but given preference when creating lineups. But the ability to complete exclude would help as well, sometimes there are many I just don't want to see in the pool at all.

Guess I cleared something and it works now but the crunch tabs on the bottom disappear after a refresh. Kind of pointless if you ask me. Also, any update on being able to pick up the same player pools when switching devices?
Since this update the optimizer doesn't work for me. I hit the "calculate best teams" button, it turns into the red "stop" button but the teams never populate. Any ideas what I can do?

Same here. I'm using a tablet at the moment.
This is a feature that would be very helpful as well. I like to start choosing my player pool on my tablet the night before and in the morning but switch to the computer later in the day and have to start all over again. Would help when late news comes out and I need to tweak my LU's on the fly with my cellphone.
Updates have come very late this week. It's nice to have that noon update at least since I make my lineups earlier in the day since I work at 4. Sometimes those updates have come way too late for me and I had to work off data from 3 am last night.
It would be nice to have lineup rewind keep the same player pool used for that night. I try to do it myself but invariably there are a couple picks that are different than the pool I actually used, so when looking back what I did wrong or right it's not totally accurate. Of course, my LU's could still be different if I ran them on something other than the days last update but that would be something nice to know.
Yeah I had him locked and then he disappeared. Couldn't unlock him to run LU's. Couple minutes later he reappeared.
tyler seguin is not listed in NHL. Got to have him in my LU's

This is the first step towards allowing you to determine what %'s you want to be used. That will be in the next update, which should be in a couple of weeks.

I actually mentioned this awhile back. I was hoping to be able to TELL it I want Pau Gasol in 75% of my lineups and Marc Gasol in 50% etc, but this is close enough. Awesome add guys thank you!
lineup rewind does not seem to be working for me right now. maybe i'm doing it wrong but I'm no idiot thats for sure. just unfortunate cause its the first time i was gonna use it since i figured why not check it out if i'm paying for it? maybe its just a bug but giving a heads up. if it's my error, let me know. thanks.

Hey sounds, are you not able to drag the lineup card to the left? I use a Galaxy S 5, I have not had an issue with this, but obviously cant test on all devices.


may have to be rooted but if you can change your DPI (i think thats what it would be but not positive) it might help. If not rooted then probably nothing you can do
this would be major and I think 10 fold your customers. I can't change 50 LU's on my mobile at work while I'm waiting on 8 tables at update and close to lock time. That and it took me almost an hour to enter my LU's. Or at least an option to display them in an order where you can enter all your lineups by just duplicating the contest and switching the least amount of players from each lineup to the next. I know there's gotta be a easier way to do it when it's usually a small amount of players I'm using.
I love the Unique player feature you have, but it would also be nice if there were an advanced setting to allow me to limit my exposure to any given player. I like to generate 100 lineups to see a broad spectrum of players, but I'd like to be able to say, for example, that no player should show up in more than x% of lineups. So, a simple Exposure box with the ability to manually enter some %

I pretty much was looking for the same thing. Like the other night I liked Millsap and not realizing til afterward that he was in 100% of my LU's. I liked Zebo but maybe for about 20%. Tonight I liked Channing Frye but they put him in every lineup, knew I wouldn't win jack with that but in a couple it may have worked nicely. LIked Montiejunas but he was in nothing till I had to change his projected score to fit him in some. Took Frye out and was able to have AD and Gasol in some LU's together which obviously is nice but still. It's tough when you have like 3 centers and the one you like the least is in everyone of them while your hunch is in none. I like your projections, that's why I use you but I would like to have that control. RG lets you favor as well as lock but I like your projections better. Sorry for rambling, thanks for listening.
I think it would be useful to have the ability to lock in a player for a game that has already been played then EXCLUDE the rest of those players from that game allowing you to be able to generate a new lineup with a player thats played already (if that makes sense). Example would be Cavs vs. Mavs at 3pm and I have Lebron. Now for the 7pm games I would like to have updated projections with having Lebron locked in.


i don't see where this would be helpful? Maybe for DK late swap but if the game is locked what does it matter? Who cares about a 3pm guy at 7pm? Projections mean nothing at that point. Am I missing something here?

1) Ability to save love/hate players. Obviously may want to use them regardless of favoritism towards them or not sometimes but nice to remember what they've done to us in the past. Still include them in projections unless intentionally excluded on that slate by the user on that day, but maybe a red heart or broken heart symbol (just a suggestion, could be thumbs up/thumbs down arrow, etc.).

2)Ability to add personal notations for certain players to be included in the player info popups.

3)Ability to set alarm or add to LU suggestions for certain situations as reminders. Such as, if we love a certain player when he play against certain team it would remind us if it were to slip our minds. Almost as our own personal blog of people we may look to target that day.

4)Ability to lock a team or possibly two for team and full game stacking LU options.

5)Ability to choose the percentage of LU's you would optimally have each player in your LU's. Say you like 5 PG's but want 1 in at least 30% and another in 20% and so on. You always hear people say i have so and so in such a percentage amount of lineups but I'd like to be able to DO that. Such as today, every projection was telling me Hibbert when I really liked the Zaza against CHI play. The projections were right but I would still have liked to get MY picks in there, even if it was only some, I'd like a say in it, because obviously, NONE of us are ever totally right! Rotogrinders you can add favorites so maybe that would be a nice addition. But again, the ability to REMEMBER the favorites would be nice too.
