https://www.fantasycruncher.com/lineup-rewind/draftkings/NBA/2016-04-09 shows 04/03 not 04/09

Example:

PG SG SF PF C G F UTIL
Ricky Rubio (0) Andrew Wiggins (0) Mirza Teletovic (0) Ryan Anderson (6352339) Alex Len (0) Jrue Holiday (6352307) Harrison Barnes (6352334) Karl-Anthony Towns (0)

When I export to CSV for DraftKings the player IDs don't come over for many of the teams and players. All the Timberwolves and Suns player IDs are set to 0 for some reason.

Like Kirk Hinrich is missing for ATL but shows up on DK

First off, thanks for adding the other feature I requested. It's made life a bit easier. This one isn't too hard I don't think. Basically it'd be cool if there was a FP per minute stat column that automatically tabulated the players FP per minute average. It would also be cool if it could be change to give me FP per minute for the last 7, last 14, and last month. Also maybe an FP per minute when playing 30+ minutes as well.

It'd also be neat but probably a bunch of work to be able to allow users to upload two or three sets of projections then the site can automatically do aggregate projections.

If any of this could be done it'd be amazing. Please and thank you! :D

The bar with the stat column titles. Would make scrolling and seeing past games easier to follow.

The salary range slider isn't working. When I try to drag it, the slider only goes to either 10 or 61. I am using Chrome browser if that makes a difference.
