Is there a way if I block out a team I can still lock in a player from that team? This would work well with the way Draft Kings basketball is working now.

How do I make it default it to Draftkings for NBA? I have my default site set to DK in my profile. Every time I click NBA it goes to FanDuel.
Has this issue been fixed yet? I have seen several times where I am missing lineup 1 or 2. Please let me know. Thanks
