DraftKings CS:GO Esports DFS Rundown (PIN) – November 17, 2021

hREDS (REDS) v.s. AGF Esport (AGF) (8:00 AM EST)

After being swept 2-0 in their previous match REDS will be looking to redeem themselves against an AGF squad trying to extend their one-game winning streak. However, AGF currently have a very low win-rate of 12.5% compared to REDS’ 36.4%. Despite coming off a -13 kill-differential game the fate of REDS may fall mostly on LYNXi who happens to be his teams’ most efficient slayer as of late and the main sniper with a 1.02 K/D. Two players from REDS have kill-death ratios below 1 though which may cause slaying to be a slight struggle. Fortunately for REDS, the opposing sniper in Krisotou averages less damage per round so this boosts LYNXis’ chances to regain from his previous game. On the other hand, Nodious is coming off a +12 kill-death differential game and averaging 81.2 damage per round as of late which is higher than anyone on both teams. This could be a potential problem for REDS if he continues to perform well especially with a higher assist rate per round (0.14) than any player on both sides.

Nexus (NEX) v.s. MASONIC (MAS) (8:00 AM EST)

Both NEX and MAS have win rates within a similar range with NEX having a slight edge at 51.6% compared to MAS’s 47.1%. Another main sniper’s performance will be crucial for their team’s success in XELLOW who happens to have a K/D on the higher end (1.22) so more than likely his contributions will continue to be heavy for his team. Unfortunately, NEX will be at a disadvantage in the sniper duels with J3nsyy being a more consistent sniper main with a 1.40 K/D as of late and coming off a +23 kill-death differential game. However, there is only one other player on the MAS roster with a K/D above 1 so MAS will have a lot more pressure on them to complement their main sniper in j3nsyy. In addition, the only other player that’s had a 1.19 K/D in Queenix would need to rebound from a -14 kill-death differential game. This could bode well for NEX due to their team slaying being slightly more balanced (1.02 team overall K/D versus MAS’ 1.00).

Finest (FINE) v.s. Marten (MG) (11:00 AM EST)

FINE enter this match on the hottest streak this slate (eight games) and also face a MG team trying to continue their streak as well (two games). FIN also has the slight win-rate edge of 61.8% versus MG’s 55.6%. Robiin of FIN has been his team’s highest damage dealer as of late with 80.9 per round and an assist rate at a high rate (0.17 per round) which may lead to him being the player his team relies on most. The biggest edge FINE also has is the fact all their players have been dealing damage well above 70+ per round while MG only has two players dealing above that rate. Maki more than likely will have to carry the majority of the load for his MG squad especially coming off a ridiculous +65 kill-death differential series. However, the last time MG lost Maki underperformed resulted in a loss for his team so everyone else will have to step up and can’t succeed going forward only having Maki be efficient and dominant in gunfights.

1Win (1WIN) v.s. BLINK (BLINK) (11:00 AM EST)

To end the slate two teams with ranks within the similar range will face off with 1WIN being ranked 28th in the world while BLINK ranks at 36th. Both teams are also entering the match off three-game win streaks so more than likely they’ll be matching each other’s energy. Another reason these matches may come down to the wire is also the fact both teams have two players with above 80 damage per round which may result in scrappy gunfights. Fortunately, for BLINK they have the highest damage dealer in rigoN (87.6 per round) so they can use this to their advantage in gunfights. 1WIN’s most reliable slayer as of late in glowiing is also coming off a -1 kill-death differential series while rigoN may end up having more momentum after a +10 kill-death differential game.
