MAD Lions (MAD) v.s. Entropiq (ENT) (7:30 AM EST)

Two teams with rankings in the similar range kick off the slate with MAD being rank 21st and ENT entering at 19th. Woro2k remains the most efficient slayer for MAD with a 1.32 K/D as of late and steadily rebounding in his team’s last series compared to the one before that which should bode well for his momentum into this match. El1an who happens to be the opposing main sniper for ENT is within range of Woro2k but slightly less efficient which may give MAD the edge in sniper battles. This would put more pressure on ENT to have another person needing to step up just in case El1an is slowed down in his sniper duels. The next person in Krad with a 1.05 K/D may end up getting countered as well since jL of MAD has been more efficient as of late (1.07) and also has a more accurate shot (51.7% headshot rate) compared to Krad’s 47.5%. That being said MAD may end up having the edge in gunfights outside of sniping as well and if successful MAD should prevail in this matchup.

SKADE (SKA) v.s. Sinners (SIN) (7:30 AM EST) (-133 SIN)

Another close ranked matchup will be going underway with SKADEat 24th in the world versus SIN at 26th. SIN is also coming off a one-game winning streak and are looking to extend that in this matchup. The series between these teams is tied at 1-1 so far this year as well. Rainwaker of SKADE has been the most efficient slayer across those games with a +39 kill-death differential and leading in kills both matches. Luckily for SIN, Rainwaker hasn’t been the most relied upon slayer as of late for SKA, but oskar has been the most efficient for SIN as the main sniper/anchor and also had a +33 kill-death differential across the two previous matchups. With oskar being the next highest behind Rainwaker in kill efficiency in those previous matchups and still maintaining the highest K/D on SIN, the chances for oskar to perform well again is on the higher end. In addition, this would also complement other players on the SIN roster in gunfights like NEOFRAG for example, who has been dealing the most damage per round (85.7) to also dominate which should give SIN the edge they need to get the edge in the total series these teams had this year.

Fnatic (FNC) v.s. Eternal Fire (EF) (7:30 AM EST) (-248 FNC)

With the EF squad gradually rising up the ranks they now face a FNC squad with a currently less win-rate (45.5%) compared to their 54.8%. Therefore, FNC’s two game-winning streak may be at risk here. XANTARES will need to rebound for EF in this matchup after coming off a -4 kill-differential game since he currently has been dealing the most damage per round as of late with a 93.4. This should bode well for his rebound due to the next highest damage dealer of FNC being smooya with 83.2 damage dealt. On the other hand, smooya has been more efficient in kills overall with a 1.48 K/D compared to XANTARES’ 1.24 which could make this gunfight a crucial one and somewhat tricky. Fortunately for FNC the main sniper for EF in woxic has been dealing a good number of damage less (71.1) than smooya (who also snipes for FNC) which should somewhat make slaying easier for FNC if the sniper battles go smooya’s way. Regardless this may end up being one of the closer matches on the slate and EF has the higher team overall K/D at 1.07 compared to FNC’s 1.0.

Gamer Legion (GL) v.s. forZe (FORZE) (7:30 AM EST) (-180 FORZE)

FORZE has been on a tear as of late with a three-game winning streak (highest on this slate) and now face a team that is more than double less ranked than them at 53rd in the world to their 22nd rank. Zorte has been the most relied upon slayer for FORZE as of late and main sniper with a 1.24 K/D and should have the edge against the opposing sniper in era who currently has a 1.08 K/D and slightly less damage per round at 72.6 compared to zorte’s 73. With a potentially close sniper duel throughout the matchup, it may come down to the other players to help make gunfights easier for their man sniper/anchor. GL may have the edge here with iM dealing the most damage as of late at 85.2 per round which is the highest of both teams (Norwi being the closest at 80.4 per round). Also, iM is coming off a +4 kill-death differential game so that should help with confidence heading into this match and possibly give GL a chance of an upset here.
