NBA DFS Cheat Sheets for June 16, 2021 – FD, DK, Y!
Looking for a quick consolidated list of options to play today? Let’s take a look at our NBA Cheat Sheets for the 3 major contest providers FanDuel, DraftKings, & Yahoo! to help navigate today’s slate!
For the playoffs, we are going to have Cheat Sheets. Unlike normal Cheat Sheets, we will also include some bullet points that will include some things to note on each slate. The Cheat Sheets will also not include our entire player pool but will show the players we have the most exposure to on each site.
- I don’t know what to do with Joel Embiid tonight. Embiid did not look healthy at all last game for the 76ers but was dominant in the first three games of this series with the same injury. If Embiid looks like the player he did in the first three games of the series if he is not in your lineups you are going to be hating life especially with how weak the center position is tonight. If he looks like he did in game four fading him or being underweight on him compared to the field is going to pay off big time for you. I personally think I am going to be right at the field with Embiid tonight and in the lineups, I don’t have Embiid in them I am going to play his backup Dwight Howard who is dirt cheap and has back-to-back games with at least 17 fantasy points.
- Fading/ being underweight on Donovan Mitchell has not worked out great for me in this Jazz-Clippers series but I am going to do it once more at least over on FanDuel tonight. The reason for this is due to the sheer number of great value options at the shooting guard position on that site. There are four players under $6,000 in salary on FanDuel at the shooting guard position that are ranked in my top four rankings for players under that salary threshold. There are in fact only three other players under that salary threshold that are even in my pool today.
- Point guard is a position that I feel you have to spend up for with either Trae Young or Ben Simmons and both on sites where you have to play two point guards. None of the other point guards on this site unless you are playing on a site like DraftKings that has multiple position eligibility can even come close to touching what Simmons or Young can do. The only other point guard on this slate that I even would want exposure to tonight is Jordan Clarkson but there are better options in the same price point as Clarkson as other positions.
