This is an error I am getting today in DK Teirs. There are only 6 teirs.
Are you using the game filter in the upper left hand corner and still getting this error?
This issue should be fixed if you refresh.

Happening to me as well.
You have to use the game filter and select the slate you are playing on to have the players show in the correct tiers for that slate.
