I build a player pool, try to create a lineup and keep getting this

Not enough players to fill position 'DST'. This is either from player pool restrictions or max players per team restrictions

Sure its something simple but I'm a moron. Help? Thanks

EDIT - THIS is happening when I try to make "floor" lineups.
