DraftKings CS:GO Esports DFS Rundown (Roobet Cup) – June 23, 2022

Eternal Fire (EF) vs. Team ENCE (ENCE) (9:00 AM EST) (-378 ENCE)

Previously in the number two spot ranking wise ENCE have begun to regress and will look to rebound from a two-game losing streak against an EF squad that is currently on a two-game winning streak. EF’s top rifler XANTARES played a large part in the winning streak (two double-digit positive kill-death differential games) and may continue to do so due to him being the only player with 90+ damage per round. This may become problematic for ENCE since during their losing streak their once relied upon slayer the majority of the time in Spinx has not performed his best since returning to the lineup. Also, no one on the ENCE roster is averaging close to the damage of their opponent XANTARES’ as of late so countering him may be difficult. The fact that EF has a dominant sniper in woxic catching fire as of late and becoming the most efficient player of both teams at a 1.30 K/D should be enough to help EF prevail here.

Mousesports (MOUZ) vs. Imperial (IMP) (11:00 AM EST) (-175 MOUZ)

Arguably the most even matchup on the slate will go underway here with MOUZ entering as the 17th ranked team in the world versus a 15th ranked IMP squad. The win-rates are fairly high for both teams but MOUZ has the slight edge at a 62.5% rate compare to IMP’s 53.1% rate. Although MOUZ has two players that do the majority of the slaying (torzsi/frozen) torzsi has been the most consistent with a 1.32 K/D and is the main anchor/sniper which could complement frozen and his other teammates if sniper duels go his way. As of now IMP has one player with a kill-death ratio above 1 (boltz) which may put even more pressure on them as a team. In addition, the second lowest damage dealer of IMP is their main sniper FalleN which may lead to torzsi dominating. That being said MOUZ should be able to prevail and probably in dominant fashion.

9Z vs. FURIA Esports (FURIA) (11:00 AM EST) (-700 FURIA)

This may be the most one-sided matchup on the slate with FURIA entering as rank 7th versus a 9z squad currently ranked 52nd. Both teams are coming off games in which they were swept. The battle between dgt (9Z) and yuurih (FURIA) may have a large effect on their team’s success in this matchup with both having damage north of 88+ per round. Fortunately, for 9Z dgt has been the more consistent with a 1.39 K/D as of late to yuurih’s 1.17. However, that alone won’t be enough for 9Z to succeed due to dgt performing well or neutral in his last few games and still not winning. 9Z also doesn’t have that much slaying power as of now so the experience and fact FURIA has more players with slaying power close to yuurih’s may cause this match to result in dominant win in favor of FURIA.
