Draftkings VALORANT Esports DFS Rundown (Game Changers) – November, 17 2021

VALSTARS Gaming Female (VALS) v.s. HEET RED (HEET) (12:00 PM EST)

To start the slate both teams facing off are coming off a one game win-streaks looking to extend it. The win-rates are also extremely close with VALS’ having the slight edge of 62% compared to HEET’s 60%. The battle between NELIYA and Jduh may have a significant effect on which team succeeds in this match with both of them being the most efficient slayers for their team with 1.1 K/D’s. Jduh may end up entering with slightly more momentum though off a previous 2.5 KDA series compared to NELIYA’s 2.3 KDA but the fight should be very close. As the initiator/smoker of the team jduh will have to focus more on helping her teammates with her abilities and if she’s slaying/outperforming NELIYA this would be even better for VALS’ chances to win. The fact that jduh also has a higher entry success rate of 54% compared to NELIYA’s 52% rate when NELYIA is a Jett main that is an aggressive agent puts HEET at a disadvantage even more.

GIANTS G4E (GIAN) v.s. ZERO ZONE W (ZERO) (12:00 PM EST)

A match that may end up even closer will go underway with ZERO having a 54% win-rate while GIAN has a 53% win-rate. TookiiTookii will have most of the pressure on her to perform well for GIAN since the majority of her teammates are not as consistent with slaying (and under 1 kill-death ratios). As a Jett/Raze main the initial push in battles more than likely will begin through Tookii as well. The slaying is more balanced for the ZERO squad though with three of their five players having kill-death ratios above 1 so if they’re somehow able to slow down Tookii they may have a chance. If this does happen the player to do so more than likely would be Kleisy as the opposing Jett/Raze main, but the only problem is that she’s been averaging less damage per round (170.3) versus TookiiTookii’s 185.6. This may be just enough for GIAN to get an edge but the match could come down to the wire.

SUPERMASSIVE (SMBF) v.s. BWG (BWG) (12:00 PM EST)

Both teams are coming off dominant 2-0 series wins but SMBF may have the edge with a 67% win-rate compared to BWG’s 53%. B3AUTIFUL has been BWG’s most reliable slayer as of late and the main duelist for her team (Jett/Raze mainly) but it will be difficult for her to carry the load. Every player on the SMBF team has well over a 1 kill-death ratio which could result in BWG getting dominated. Lyda has been the most consistent slayer for SMBF with a 1.22 KD and unfortunately, for BWG she happens to be the opposing duelist (Jett mostly) that may give B3AUTIFUL trouble throughout the series. The edge that B3AUTIFUL does have though is the damage per round (169.2) versus Lyda’s 155.8 which could help her prevail in most gunfights. On the other hand, even if B3AUTIFUL succeeds in stopping SMBF’s most efficient slayer it may not be enough due to the lack of consistent slaying from her other BWG teammates.

5YNERG (5YNE) v.s. Fire Flux Esports (FF) (12:00 PM EST)

In conclusion, this match also has potential to be more one-sided from the surface as well with 5YNE having a 67% win-rate compared to FF’s 57%. What does help FF though is four of their players having kill-death ratios at or above 1 which could lead to them slaying efficiently. Berrie’s sniping and movement as Jett will be crucial for FF to have a chance in winning as well. Fortunately, 5YNE doesn’t really have a player that snipes on their team which would give FF an opening to make kills easier for themselves. RiMAchOu of 5YNE is the most efficient slayer with the same KD as Bernie (1.14), but with less damage per round (140.5) compared to Bernie’s 157.1 this puts 5YNE in even more trouble. No one else on the 5YNE averages as much damage (Soyeon being the closest at 147.9) so gunfights may become slightly more difficult for them. Since FF has the edge of more than likely not having to face a main sniper/anchor and potential to slowdown 5YNE’s best slayer there’s a chance they can pull off an upset here.
