NBA DFS Cheat Sheets for June 8, 2021 – FD, DK, Y!
Looking for a quick consolidated list of options to play today? Let’s take a look at our NBA Cheat Sheets for the 3 major contest providers FanDuel, DraftKings, & Yahoo! to help navigate today’s slate!
For the playoffs, we are going to have Cheat Sheets. Unlike normal Cheat Sheets, we will also include some bullet points that will include some things to note on each slate. The Cheat Sheets will also not include our entire player pool but will show the players we have the most exposure to on each site.
- I don’t really have a good feel for this slate as unlike yesterday we have a lot of higher-priced players. On yesterday’s slate, we only had five players priced over $8,500 in salary on FanDuel with what felt like a clear-cut order to the five guys. Tonight we have eight players over that salary threshold on FanDuel and there really doesn’t seem like a clear-cut top guy. Each of these players really truly can get you 50 fantasy points on any night, yes even Tobias Harris and each of them feel like they could end up being the highest-scoring player on this slate. Whenever I have slates like this I tend to spread my exposures out evenly throughout the top guys. If you forced me right now to pick one of the eight guys that you had to have in your lineups I would say Ben Simmons. Simmons has back-to-back games of at least 46 fantasy points for the 76ers and is the cheapest of all of the players over that salary threshold on this slate. The player I would want the least of out of the group is Donovan Mitchell. I like Mitchell as a player and he would get a big boost if Mike Conley were not able to suit up but my gut is just telling me he struggles in this series against the Clippers’ two elite wing defenders.
- While we don’t have a clear-cut pecking order for the top plays on this slate I do feel like we have a clear-cut top order when it comes to value plays with two guys really standing out for me. Those two guys are Jordan Clarkson and Seth Curry. Clarkson finished the Memphis series off on a role with averages of 24 points and back-to-back games over 28 fantasy points. Clarkson is not only playing well right now but he would get perhaps the biggest boost if Mike Conley were to be ruled out. Curry is quietly having a great postseason and has at least 27 fantasy points in four of his six games including in back-to-back games for the 76ers.
