DraftKings PGA DFS GPP Cheat Sheet for the 2020 BMW Championship. Featuring top plays, high ceiling candidates, contrarian, and value picks to target for this week’s DraftKings and FanDuel PGA DFS main slate.
We have grouped players into 3 key tiers based on price point.
You can also access a player’s “FC Player Card” by clicking their name or salary. This will bring up key news, stats and match-up data to help guide you along the way for their game that day.
Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, comments, concerns or suggestions. We’re here to help you win!
Our cheat sheets highlight the core plays (including some contrarian candidates) that we like the most on the slate and, as a result, would recommend a higher level of exposure to on the whole. It is not an exhaustive list, and if you are a multi-entry GPP player, you may decide to ultimately have a larger player pool to work from. Our hope is that this gives you a tight group of players to heavy-up your exposure to.
The TOUR Championship is here! We have the final 30 in the player field this week – the best of the best in the 2020 PGA season, which has been quite the ride! We see the players starting with scores based on their performance over the course of the season with top 2020 player, Dustin Johnson starting at -10 and a two stroke lead, which is well reflected in his salary which is $15,200 for the week. The final position at the end of Monday’s fourth round will be factored in here, but we also see that reflected in the salaries, with the cheapest golfer checking in at $5,100. One thing to consider is to not worry too much about finishing position…that is unless you can figure out a way to pick golfers that end up in the top 5-6 of this week’s event. The difference between finishing 7th and last in the field is only 7 DKP….so all things considered – you want golfers that have the ability to score, and ones that excel at ball striking (SG: TTG and SG: Approach, as well as SG: Par 70 as they navigate this week’s course). By now, we have a pretty good idea of who these final 30 golfers are – so check out the cheat sheet below for my favourite options this week! I think that it’s going to come down to roster construction this week even more than normal as this isn’t a regular event with the players starting with different scores when they tee it up Friday at noon!
Best of luck this week! We hope that you’ve enjoyed our coverage this year for the PGA season….and we look forward to a fun weekend before the 2020-21 PGA season gets underway where we’ll be right back with weekly coverage yet again!
