DraftKings NBA DFS Core Plays & Cheat Sheet – February 11, 2020

Sharing core plays and a cheat sheet for February 11, 2020, NBA DFS slate on DraftKings.

In this post, we will be breaking down our top options and plays for DraftKings for each night of the 2019-2020 NBA DFS season.

Core Plays

Chicago Bulls Priced as If They Are Play Monstars not Wizards

I’m not sure why the entire Bulls team is cheap outside of Lavine (who is probably under-priced himself at 8.2k) against the Washington Wizards but it provides us a nice opportunity to take advantage. Chandler Hutchinson is the safest of these options at 4.6k but my favorite is Luke Kornet at 4.1k who should be able to get lots of good looks vs Mo Wagner.

Look For New Starters to Find Value

With Isaiah Thomas traded, Ish Smith is now starting for the Wizards but he hasn’t been playing huge minutes. Ariza has been playing big minutes for the Blazers but the biggest winner of their rotation shuffle has been Gary Trent Jr. who has taken most of Simon’s minutes. The Pelicans could have JJ Redick starting again if Brandon Ingram misses which means extra minutes off the bench for Josh Hart in the 240 total game.

The All-Star Break is Near, News Will Happen

The few days before the trade deadline everyone knows to be on the lookout for news but what people forget is players with nagging injuries they’ve played through all year use this week as an opportunity to skip 1-2 games to get two full weeks of rest. Don’t go playing huge percentages of your bankroll but also if you have two equivalent plays, you should try to lean towards the one with the later start time as having roster flexibility when that unpredictable news breaks will give you an edge over your opposition in terms of late swapping. For example, yesterday we saw DeMar DeRozan get scratched late with that back injury and having roster spots available let you get to Aldridge, Murray and Forbes!
