The Primer – NBA DFS Expert Analysis – February 11th, 2020

Featuring in-depth analysis to help you crack the winning code for the NBA DFS slate on February 11, 2020.

In this article, we are going to go position by position breaking down the top plays and values for you but since it’s right before the All-Star Break and there are 53 injuries (and counting) on this nine-game slate, I once again am going to focus on the teams that can make or break your slate.

Chicago Bulls

Top Plays

Zach Lavine, Chandler Hutchinson, Coby White, Luke Kornet

I’m not sure why the entire Bulls team is cheap outside of Lavine (who is probably under-priced himself at 8.2k) against the Washington Wizards but it provides us a nice opportunity to take advantage. Chandler Hutchinson is the safest of these options at 4.6k but my favorite is Luke Kornet at 4.1k who should be able to get lots of good looks vs Mo Wagner. Coby White is a player I loved early on but he just didn’t make any shots and then got kicked out of the rotation but as the Bulls season has started to slip away he’s gotten back into a premium role which makes him a very sneaky option as he’s getting back to playing real minutes.

New Orleans Pelicans

Top Plays

Jrue Holiday, JJ Redick, Lonzo Ball

With Brandon Ingram questionable, Jrue Holiday becomes one of the top plays of the slate while JJ Redick and Lonzo Ball will get extra minutes. With no Kenrich Williams they really don’t have a backup SF so I expect Holiday and Redick to play as much as needed in the 240 point total.

Other Thoughts

Top Plays

Mo Wagner, Spurs Value

I could have just done a boring Spurs Value write up (DeRozan out), and talked about how great DeJounte Murray, Bryn Forbes and LaMarcus Aldridge are and that Lonnie Walker will be the chalk 3k value play (We are always team Lonnie here at Fantasy Cruncher!) but I didn’t want to go the whole article without mentioning how good of a play Mo Wagner is at 4.3k against the Bulls. Mo Wagner is the type of center who will stretch the floor and the Bulls really don’t have a clear option to defend him so he should be able to get shots up today. He’s a great correlation play if you stack Bulls.
