Week 11 NFL DFS Core Plays & Cheat Sheet for DraftKings

Sharing our core plays and cheat sheet for the Week 11 2019 NFL DFS slate on DraftKings.

In this column, we’ll share 4 core plays for DraftKings on a weekly basis, as well as our cheat sheet for the week’s main slate.

Let’s get right to it and have a look at the Main Slate!

QB – Drew Brees, $6,900 @ TB

The Bucs secondary has been roasted by opposing passing games – and despite Brees’ struggles a week ago, I love the spot he’s in this week in this match-up.  His price point, while the second highest on the slate, doesn’t break the bank (he is only $800 more than Derek Carr for example, who is one of the better values on the board) – and in this match-up, I like the Saints passing attack to get right after struggling against Atlanta a week ago.

RB – Josh Jacobs, $6,900 vs. CIN

Jacobs is an affordable option this week, playing at home against the Bengals in a game where the Raiders should be playing from ahead for the vast majority of it.  The Bengals have given up the third most PPG to opposing RB’s, and I think that Jacobs will have a very strong game with ~20 touches, finding the endzone at least once in a great match-up at a reasonable price point.

WR – Deebo Samuel, $4,000 vs. ARI

It sounds like Emmanuel Sanuders is going to try and suit up for the 49ers, and I hope he does – as it should keep Samuel’s ownership levels from sky-rocketing through the roof, but with that said, I do think he’ll be popular nonetheless.  Samuel exploded for 8-112 on 11 targets a week ago, and I expect him to continue to be leaned on by QB Jimmy Garoppolo going up against a Cardinals defence that has allowed the most fantasy points against opposing QB’s this season.

TE – Greg Olsen, $3,900 vs. ATL

Olson was used heavily in the passing attack last week by QB Kyle Allen, who targeted him 10 times for a line of 8-98.  While I wouldn’t expect double digit targets again this week, I do think that Olsen will continue to be heavily involved in the passing attack, and in the full PPR format, he’s a great value play at his price point.
