FantasyDraft NBA DFS Core Plays & Cheat Sheet – November 10, 2019

Welcome to the FC Insights Core Plays and Cheat Sheet Article for FantasyDraft.

In this post, we will be breaking down our top options and plays for FantasyDraft for each night of the 2019-2020 NBA DFS season.

Core Plays

G-Raul Neto-$8,800

I was not high on Neto last game with Ben Simmons out and that was a huge mistake. Neto got the start for Simmons in that game against the Nuggets and played well in his 30 minutes with 13 points and six assists on his way to 27 fantasy points. With Simmons already ruled out for the 76ers again tonight we should see similar minutes from Neto and I don’t see why we wouldn’t see similar production against a Hornets team on the second game of a back-to-back.

PF/C-Aron Baynes-$11,600

Baynes continues to put up numbers with Deandre Ayton out. In his seven games since Ayton’s suspension, Baynes is averaging 17.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and a block. Baynes has at least 28 fantasy points in six of those seven games. Tonight we shouldn’t see Baynes slow down one bit as the Suns take on the Nets. The Nets’ struggles of years past against centers have continued onto this season as they currently are allowing the most fantasy points per game to the position once again.

G-Trae Young-$16,700

Most DFS players are going to flock to Damian Lillard in this match-up and while I love Lillard I like Young slightly more for three reasons. The first is due to the continued suspension of John Collins. This season with Collins off the court, Young has a usage rate of 34.4% and is averaging 1.50 fantasy points per minute. The second is the fact that Young is $900 cheaper than Lillard. That extra $900 can go a long way on a slate like this. The last reason is while Lillard is a better individual defender than Young is the Trail Blazers to start the season have been a better match-up. This season the Trail Blazers are allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to point guards while the Hawks are allowing the eighth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position.
