Welcome to the FC Insights Core Plays and Cheat Sheet Article for Yahoo.
In this post, we will be breaking down our top options and plays for Yahoo for each night of the 2019-2020 NBA DFS season.
Holiday should get a second straight start for the Pacers with Jeremy Lamb and Edmund Sumner out and if this start is anything like his last start which I think it will be he will be a steal at the minimum salary. In that last start despite not producing a single fantasy point in the first quarter Holiday finished with 21.9 fantasy points in 30 minutes of action. That game was the third straight game that Holiday was able to produce at least 16 fantasy points. The reason why I think that Holiday has a similar start to his last game this game is due to the match-up against the Pistons. The Pistons rank 22nd in defensive net rating this season and in the bottom half of the league in fantasy points allowed per game to guards.
There is a great chance that both Jeff Teague and Shabazz Napier are out once again tonight and that should mean we see a second start from Culver. In his first career start, Culver was excellent with 15 points, five rebounds, and seven assists on his way to 31.5 fantasy points in 29 minutes of action. With a match-up against a Warriors team that has the worst defensive net rating in the NBA and are allowing the third-most points per game, there is no reason to believe that Culver doesn’t have another huge game in this one.
In the three games that Draymond Green has missed, Paschall is averaging 26 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 1.7 assists. Paschall has produced at least 29 fantasy points in each of those games and is averaging 38.7 fantasy points per game during this stretch. Tonight I am expecting Paschall to have another big game as the Warriors-Wolves game should be extremely fast-paced and high scoring as both teams love to run and neither team plays defense that well.
Drummond has been a beast this season and has been a beast against the Pacers. In his two games against them this season, Drummond is averaging 25 points, 20.5 rebounds, 1.5 steals, three blocks, and 61.35 fantasy points. Tonight we should see another huge performance from Drummond as the Pacers don’t rebound the ball well with the sixth-worst rebounding rate in the NBA and don’t defend centers well as they are allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to the position this season.
