Sharing our top CFL DFS Lineup Picks and Recommended Plays for DraftKings DFS contests – Week 12 of the 2019 season
Our best daily fantasy CFL lineup advice, picks and plays for week 12 of the CFL season (cash games and GPPs).
Welcome to The Key Three.
I will highlight three players I am looking at for my rosters – focusing on some plays that are great foundations for your CFL DraftKings lineups for Week 12!
1) QB- Chris Streveler, WPG, $8,300 — If you are looking for a quarterback that is going to destroy their opponent through the air, Streveler is not the play for you as he does most of his damage through the ground. In his first start of the season, Streveler only attempted 17 passes completing seven of them for only 89 yards but he rushed 14 times for 95 yards and a score. The rushing upside is why I want to play Streveler, especially at his salary as he opens up a lot of roster flexibility compared to the other options at the position on this slate.
2) RB- Chris Rainey, TOR, $5,800 — Rainey is always a solid play due to his ability to rack up return yards but he has become an excellent play based on the work he has been getting on the ground the past couple of weeks. In his past two games, Rainey has at least eight carries in each of the past two games and has at least 45 yards in both of those games as well. That along with the return yards has allowed Rainey to produce double-digit fantasy points in each of those games which is a mark he has hit in three straight games. The match-up with the Tiger-Cats is also a solid one. This season the Tiger-Cats are allowing the third-most rushing yards per game and with how bad the Argonauts are there should be plenty of return chances for Rainey as well.
3) DST – Tiger-Cats, HAM, $5,900 — While I love Chris Rainey this week he is not going to stop me from rostering the Tiger-Cats defense as the Argonauts suck on the offensive side of the ball. This season the Argonauts are averaging a league-low 15.3 points per game and have allowed the second-most sacks this season. The Tiger-Cats defense is also really damn good and over the past three weeks they have six takeaways, 12 sacks and are averaging 12.67 fantasy points
Best of Luck in Week 12 CFL action. Here’s to hoping you can get the season off to a good start!
