FanDuel & DraftKings Expert WNBA DFS Cash Game & GPP Lineup Picks for Tuesday, June 11, 2019.
Daily fantasy basketball lineup advice, picks and plays (6/11) to help you win your WNBA DFS contests.
Let’s take a closer look at some plays for today’s contests with our “Fearsome 4” picks for the day’s slate.
DeWanna Bonner, G, PHO
Bonner is the top stud player on this slate. Bonner leads the WNBA in scoring at 23.3 points per game and is sixth in rebounds with 8.8. Bonner has at least 33 fantasy points in each game this season and at least 43 fantasy points in three of her four games this season. Bonner is also in the best possible match-up in the WNBA as she takes on the Sky. The Sky allow the most points per game this season and have allowed the most fantasy points per game dating back to last season.
Leilani Mitchell, G, PHO
Mitchell is going to be the most popular player on FanDuel tonight at $3,600 in salary and I don’t see how you don’t eat the chalk when it comes to her. In her two games since her return to the Mercury, Mitchell has played 24 and 25 minutes. Mitchell is averaging 12.5 points, two assists, and 3.5 rebounds in those games and is coming off a huge 28.6 fantasy point game in her second game back. Once again the Sky is an elite match-up as they are the worst defensive team in the WNBA.
Aerial Powers, F, WAS
Powers is not playing a ton of minutes for the Mystics only averaging about 14 minutes per game this season but is making the most of her time on the court. Despite her lack of minutes Powers is still averaging 9.7 points per game and is averaging over a fantasy point per minute. While the match-up with the Sun is not the best in the world I don’t see Powers slowing down and we can easily expect her to produce in the 12 to 14 fantasy point range which would easily pay off her salary. I would also not be shocked to see Powers play more minutes tonight due to the match-up with Emma Meesseman in Europe for the next couple of weeks.
Jonquel Jones, F, CON
By rostering two really cheap players in Leilani Mitchell and Aerial Powers tonight we are able to afford the two most expensive players on this slate. I already talked about one of those players DeWanna Bonner in this article and will talk about the second Jonquel Jones now. Jones, in my opinion, has been the early season MVP as she is fourth in the WNBA in scoring with 17 points per game, first in rebounds per game with 13 and first in blocked shots per game with 3.16. Jones is also adding in an assist and 1.33 steals per game. This elite all-around play has allowed Jones to produce at least 38 fantasy points in each game this season with one of those games coming against the Mystics who Jones and the Sun play tonight.
