Top Stack Early Slate
Yankees vs. Dylan Bundy (Projected total: 5.4)
Dylan Bundy has allowed 2.15 HR/9 since the start of the 2018 season, making him a prime target to pick on when it comes to stacking. Enter the Yankees, who have been hitting homers in bunches, and there is a lot to like here. The only downside is the fact that they are expensive – but there is no arguing the fact that the Yankees are in a great spot against a hittable arm. When you layer in the fact that the Orioles bullpen has been dismal all season long, there is a lot to like about the spot the Yankees are in this afternoon.
Value Stack Main Slate
Tigers vs. Trevor Richards (Projected total: 4.9)
The Tigers check in with a high projected total against a struggling pitcher, Trevor Richards. Richards has been walking the yard this year, really fighting his command, and when you factor in the fact that he has also struggled to keep the ball in the ballpark – there’s a lot to like about the Tigers as a value stack. Richards owns a 5.17 SIERA to go along with 1.66 HR/9 – and I would not be surprised one bit to see the Tigers go off and put up crooked numbers this afternoon.
